By accessing or using JoyTho ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
JoyTho is currently in early access. Features and terms may evolve as the platform develops.
2. Description of Service
JoyTho is an experimental platform exploring the intersection of human creativity and machine intelligence. The Service is provided "as is" during the early access period.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.
4. Invite System
Access to JoyTho is granted through our invite system:
- Invite codes are single-use and non-transferable
- Invite codes expire after 7 days if not used
- Abuse of the invite system may result in account termination
- We reserve the right to limit invite distribution
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by JoyTho and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Content you create using the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Email address for account management, optional reason for interest, and usage data necessary to provide and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
As an early access platform, features may change, be modified, or removed at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyTho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
